You can cancel your purchases with Credit and Debit Cards issued in Chile, Commercial House Cards, charged to your Checking or Vista Account of Chilean banks, also in cash and using your Gift Card.

Gift cards have an amount in pesos to make purchases in our stores and at www.axam.cl. You can use the total money on your card in a purchase or use only a part. Don't worry! If your product is in perfect condition (*) you have 10 days to cancel your purchase. You only have to present your product with the ticket or invoice, in axam. *Perfect condition: unused, with attached label in its original, sealed packaging and with its accessories We make your returns easy
Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
Making a return is very simple at axam.cl. If your product is in perfect condition, you have 30 days to change it from the date of purchase or receipt of the product. You can go to any of our stores, presenting your ticket and product. And if you can't go to a Store, don't worry, you can contact our Customer Service at (562)26821354 - (562)26822534 to coordinate the removal of the product from your home, paying only the cost of the removal. Our commitment is your total satisfaction. Remember that the product cannot have been tested and/or used, it must have its complete original packaging and all its accessories, manuals, etc. This is why when you open the product, do it carefully so as not to break seals, box graphics, bags and plumavit.
We want the best for you and that is why we work with well-known and reliable logistics operators (Chilexpress, Blue Express, Starken, Correos Chile, DHL), so that your product always arrives on time and to the place you need it.
All your purchases include delivery to your home at no additional cost.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the product, the place of destination and the type of delivery you choose.
If you prefer, save the shipping cost, pick up your products in our stores. Identify that the product you want to buy is available for store pickup and at the time of purchase select the pickup store. Locate the delivery point in the store you chose and then go to pick up your purchase. Make sure that you will go to make the withdrawal during the hours in which the store is open. You must bring your identity card and a document that proves the purchase (Order number, Ticket or Invoice). Remember that only the customer who makes the purchase or the person authorized at the time of purchase can withdraw. How can I know when and what time my purchase will arrive?
At axam.cl you can track your dispatch with the dispatch order number that you find on your purchase receipt. There you will find all the information you need to know when your products will arrive.
What happens if my purchase did not arrive on the date it should?

What do I do if all the products I bought did not arrive?
If you buy more than one product, there is a possibility that you will receive them in different dispatches and on different dates. Check the corresponding dates on the ticket or purchase request or call Customer Service at (569)42954324 - (562)26822534
Can I change the date or address of my office?
For your security, once the purchase is made it is not possible to make a change of address.
At AXAM our priority is that you feel satisfied with your purchases and supported by the service we provide to our customers. For this reason, together with the legal guarantees and those offered by the manufacturers of the products we sell, we give you as a company additional benefits to guarantee your satisfaction, facilitating the changes or returns that you need to make. Below we explain how each of the benefits and guarantees that you can take advantage of works.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you don't fall in love with the product you bought or prefer another simply because you changed your mind, don't worry, you can exchange or return it without problems. Our Guaranteed Satisfaction commitment allows you to change or return your product up to 10 days after the date you received it, in any of our stores or, if it was dispatched, we offer you to pick it up at the same place, paying only the value of the transport, which will be the same as the office. You just have to make sure that the product you want to change or return is unused, with all its accessories, with a label in its original, sealed packaging and with its accessories and/or promotional gifts that have been associated with the purchase.
To make use of this Guaranteed Satisfaction, it will be enough for you to present your receipt, invoice, delivery guide, exchange ticket, or other proof of purchase. The foregoing is key to being able to access these additional benefits that AXAM offers you. So you will have the peace of mind to choose what you really want.
Consider that this guarantee does not apply to products made to order or made to measure. In the case of products that have been reported as used, open, second selection or with some deficiency, which are purchased in that condition in stores and at a reduced price, the product will not be exchanged or returned.
LEGAL GUARANTEES AND BENEFITS OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER
If the product you bought did not have the technical characteristics reported, it arrived damaged or incomplete, don't worry, you can change it immediately. If it presents faults or defects within 90 days from the date it was received, you can choose between its free repair, or prior refund, its exchange or its return of the amount paid, provided that the product has not deteriorated for a act attributable to the consumer. You can deliver it directly to a technical service authorized by the manufacturer or, if you prefer, we will receive it at any store in Chile. If your product has a manufacturer's guarantee, the term of that guarantee will apply, if said term is longer. However, if the product is perishable or is naturally intended to be used or consumed in a short period, the return period will be that printed on the product or its packaging or, failing that, it will be 7 days. All these terms will be suspended for the time that the good is being repaired in exercise of its guarantee, and until its repair is completed.
It will be considered that there is a fault or defect:
a) If the products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards do not meet the corresponding specifications;
b) If the materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances or ingredients that constitute or integrate the products do not correspond to the specifications that they hold or to the mentions of the labeling;
c) If any product, due to deficiencies in manufacturing, processing, materials, parts, pieces, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality or sanitary conditions, as the case may be, is not entirely suitable for the use or consumption for which it is intended or to which the supplier had indicated in its advertising;
d) If the provider and consumer have agreed that the contracted products must meet certain specifications and this does not occur; e) If after the first time the guarantee has been made effective and the corresponding technical service has been provided, the deficiencies that make the good unfit for the use or consumption referred to in letter c) still persist.
This right will subsist in the event of a deficiency other than the one that was the object of the technical service, or if it occurs again, within the terms referred to in the following article;
f) If the object of the contract has defects or hidden defects that make it impossible to use it for which it is normally intended; g) If the grade of metals in goldsmith, jewelry and other items is lower than that indicated therein. For these purposes, it will be considered that a single asset is one that has been sold as a whole, even if it is made up of different units, parts, pieces or modules, notwithstanding that these may or may not provide a utility independently of each other. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of its replacement, it may be carried out with respect to a unit, part, piece or module, provided it is for another equal to the one that is restored.
